Flat share for a single parent and a child.

I am single parent, 39 years old mother of 7 years old girl. We going to have space for another single parent and a child. Children will share one room. Parent will have a separate room. So the rent is really half price of the whole flat. I am sharing this flat for last 3 years with another single mother and her boy, but she is moving out now, so I am looking for another small family :)

We are in Stoke Newington, right next to the Clissold park and Clissold leisure center. Plenty of good schools around. The flat is a split level with the garden, open plan kitchen. Available May-June.

Housing Benefits are acceptable.
