Double Room To Rent

My current housemate is vacating the flat at the end of January and therefore I am on the lookout for a new housemate.

Available to rent from 1st February 2019 is a double room in a 2-bed ground floor flat. The flat comes with a garden to the rear and is situated in Haringey, near Seven Sisters Tube and Overground station.

The room:
The bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe, tall chest of drawers, wall-mounted shelves, original features around the ceiling and a full-length glass door/window that opens into a private micro-garden! (It's a small yard space with ferns and window boxes.)

The flat:
The flat is the ground floor of a terraced house with two double bedrooms, kitchen/living room toward the back of the house, bathroom, utility area and under stairs cupboards. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and pretty snazzy, and there are beautiful bare old floorboards running throughout the house.

A bit about me:
I am a 43 year old professional who works Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. I am a keen runner and also a bit of a cyclist. I also have an interest in movies and music. I am a fairly relaxed and easy going person to get along with.

The neighbourhood is quiet. The local shops are open until 1am with one open 24hrs.

Rent is £625 per month due on 1st of each month and household bills (£125) are paid by the tenants.

Happy to have either male or female as next house mate.

Will also consider a Mon-Fri let.
