The house is a large 5-bedroom house with 3 bathrooms (2 with bathtubs, 1 just shower). There is a large shared kitchen, spacious living room and a beautiful green garden.
It is around an 8-minute walk to turnpike lane station which is on the Piccadilly line – about 12 minutes train ride to King’s Cross.
The house is shared with professionals, working in design, IT, retail, communications.
The room is £600 per month inclusive of all bills. Minimum 6-month lease but longer stays are preferred. Council tax band C.
There is a £400 deposit.
The room is available from 18th January 2023.
