We have a room available in our shared house in Turnpike Lane.

The room is a very large double with an adjacent bathroom that is primarily just used by the occupant of that room.
The house is a large 5-bedroom in a really beautiful area of London. It is just across from Downhills Park and at the back of the house there is a big garden which backs onto a smaller park. So generally, a very green area!

It is about an 8-minute walk to Turnpike Lane station which is on the Piccadilly Line so easily accessible to King's Cross for other tube lines.

You’ll be sharing with myself; a designer, a web designer, a sales assistant and a receptionist.

The rent is £700 per month inclusive of all bills – room comes furnished with a large wardrobe, cabinet, desk, chair and a brand new bed frame and mattress.
There is a deposit of £400. The room is available from 19th July 2021.
(£750 pm and a £600 deposit for couples)

There are 3 bathrooms in the house, a large living room, big shared kitchen and a garden too. Also a washing machine and fab wifi.
