Huge Large Double room in a fun social house share

We are looking for a professional guy or girl to fill a double room in a 4 bedroom house. We enjoy a nice social vibe so are after a housemate wants to be involved - not just looking for a place to crash.

I have lived here for 6 years and love the house and the people in it! I am sad to go, I have purchased a house myself so I am moving out and looking for someone to replace me.

In the house already are Manuel (35) Miguel (31) working in a beaut hotel, Emily (30) working in a charity. Miguel’s an epic trained chef and Manuel can fix EVERYTHING! Emily likes spending a million hours making earrings from time to time. We are looking for someone with nice energy and a positive outlook. We like to go out sometimes and explore, make little trips, have an occasional dinner party at the house/ friends to stay, arts & crafts, go to events around london, adventure sport and definitely enjoy a glass of wine. We also enjoy time to ourselves and to do our own thing.

A little about the house; it's recently renovated, shared living room, Garden House out the back, Ping Pong Table, amazing kitchen, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, backyard with BBQ for those fabulous summer nights, 3 bathrooms total - one cloakroom downstairs and two 3 piece bathrooms upstairs.

Room is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a huge 4 door built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a book shelve.

Great transport links: 10 min to Victoria line, 25 min to Kings Cross, 30 min to Liverpool Street.
The area is wicked. Lots of parks, nice little places to explore :)

Now for the admin stuff:
1. Rent is £620 + bills and cleaner which will be evenly shared (bills approx £135)
2. Deposit £550
3. We're a little flexible, but ideally early November. References/proof of income required
