Hi everyone. We have two rooms available in our home in Tottenham, N17. Available immediately.

You'll be sharing with two tidy professional males, both film-makers and into meditation, veggie/vegan food and good vibes. We hope to find someone who enjoys living in a quiet respectful house. We can definitely party, but home is where we rest, relax and grow.

The attic room has two large skylights – amazing in the summer months - a bed, desk, chair and colourful neon lights that make it look like a spaceship at night. Perfect for anyone not super tall. (See pics)

The rent is £590 (attic) £580 (back) per month, all bills included. No agent fees, just one month's deposit in advance.

We're looking for a longer-term housemates, ideally a year minimum, but we're flexible when we like you. :-)

To give you a little more information on the house, we're mostly veggie/vegan, though occasional meat is okay. We ask that our new house mate doesn't smoke or drink in the house (though an occasional celebratory glass or bottle is fine and a smoke by the back door). At the end of the day we're ready to be flexible for the right person.

We already run occasional meditation groups in the living room, and as a house mate you can join these. The space is great for yoga too. You're also welcome to run groups or art, film, dance – whatever activities of your own if this inspires you. Our philosophy is that we're here to support and inspire one another.

We have a large shed to store a bike if you have one and extra items you do not want in your room.

£590/£580 per month, all inclusive (water, electric, gas, wifi). There is a double bed, desk and chair in the room (see pics) plus space age lighting. A very cosy space.

Ideally we're looking for someone who wants to make our home their home and stay longer than just a few months. We want house mates we enjoy meeting each morning. Hopefully we can inspire one another. Do you enjoy sharing meals – and watching movies! We do.

We're right next to White Hart Lane train station which gets you to Liverpool Street in 20 minutes. We're just 5mins to Seven Sisters for the Victoria line. A good place for many night buses and night tube (very well situated for safe travelling home).

Very safe area. Never had a problem here. We are ten minutes walk from a huge Sainsbury's and Lidl.

If you haven't done so already, please check the commute from your work/uni to N17 (White Hart Lane station). In order to move in, you'd pay £590/580 first month's rent, plus £590/580 returnable deposit, so £1180/1160 in all.
