Large, sunny room in Turnpike Lane available to rent from the end of April onwards. Dates have some flexibility.
House has great shared areas with a large living room and a kitchen. There’s also a great garden with a BBQ where we get together in summer. Great location with a park next door, corner shop across the road, 8mins from Turnpike Lane station and 10 to 15 mins walk from loads of supermarkets and shops.
We’re all really friendly flat mates - one into motorbikes, one is a vintage clothing buyer who loves art and punk music, and one chef. We’re looking for someone to fit in with the house and be social on sometimes although we do respect your space.
Our final flatmate is Gizmo, an excitable and friendly black cat whose favourite things are chasing a laser pen, watching you wash up and falling asleep in your lap.
If you’re interested get in touch. Happy to do facetime or google hangout calls considering the current conditions.
Any applicant should not be more chilled (bringing the occasional party home is fine but not all the time), be ok with living with LGBTQ people
