I'm Salomé, 34, French. I work in Construction and have been living in London for 12 years now (time flies!). I was sharing and renting until I got lucky enough to get on the property ladder last year and bought this stunning new build 2 bed 2 bathrooms apartment in Haringey. The development was completed in August 2020 and I moved in, in October, so it's brand new! It's been designed with taste and with high quality finishes.

And now I'm simply looking for the right person to share it with. I'm looking for a similarly minded individual. Professional, ideally 25 year old +.

Lifestyle wise, I work 9 to 6 Mon to Fri. From home 4 days a week atm and most likely will be 2-3 days wfh from say June, just so you know. I enjoy yoga, reading, long walks and cycle rides, fitness, crafts and gardening at home, cooking regularly (ideally for friends again soon!), exhibitions, theatre, gigs and festivals (when we can go again, can't wait). I am fairly independent, I like my space, and I have my own circles of friends, but I also am a social person and like to meet new people, and am looking for someone who is equally minded and open to socialising for say the odd glass of wine, a walk in the park, maybe a game of tennis, (we have tennis courts just outside the block, and thought I'd give it a go) or a local fitness class, but who aren't expecting to be in each other’s pockets necessarily.

The flat is located 20 min from Seven Sisters (overground north to south, Victoria line), and 15 min from Turnpike lane stations (piccadilly line). Harringay Green Lanes and South Tottenham stations are also about 20 min away for overground east to west, and there are plenty of buses options. If you own a bike, secure and covered storage is available on the ground floor within our block's courtyard.

Amenity wise, the flat is right in the middle of Downhills park, and Lordship Recreation Ground which both have a lot to offer including great views from the flat. There are a few really nice coffee shops locally, as well as small shops, with larger supermarkets on green lanes and around Turnpike lane station. Green lanes are my favourite for little cute shops, and restaurants (lots of delicious Turkish options).

The flat is located on the second floor (top floor) of a small block within a wider development and community, with a lovely new little street. The development has direct access onto Downhills park and there is also a roof terrace accessible to all residents for stunning views.

The room is of a comfortable size and comes with a brand new double bed and brand new comfortable mattress, and a full height in-built wardrobe for all the storage you need. There is enough space for fitting a desk if you need a wfh setup and I'm happy to provide measurements on request if you wanted to check for yourself.

The kitchen and house come fully equipped with high quality Siemens appliances incl. dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, induction plates etc. The house is well insulated and heated via underfloor heating, and is connected to super-fast broadband (fibre).
It's oriented north and west meaning you will get a beautiful evening light and sunsets in this bedroom, as well as in the living room, kitchen and from the balcony.
The balcony is spacious and I can't wait to enjoy it more with summer approaching.
