Double room with own bathroom N17 Tottenham Hale

Hello!

A double room is becoming available in my flat as my flatmate will be moving in with her boyfriend mid-August.

Total cost is approx £950 total pcm with bills

Location & amenities:

- New build in the Hale Village development which is very safe and just behind the station
- 5 min walk to Tottenham Hale tube station - Victoria Line (very easy to get to central) & National Rail which has direct trains to Stratford & Liverpool St
- Retail park 5 min walk away where there is a Lidl, Wilko, Argos etc
- A Tesco Express and The Gym within the development; also a really nice Italian café across from the building.
- Free bike storage in the basement - very secure
- Easy access to areas like Finsbury Park, Stoke Newington, Hackney & Walthamstow.

The room & flat:

The room itself is a good sized furnished double which has a bed, wardrobe and bedside table. There's also a desk but my flatmate's taking that with her, but there's space for one. The room also comes with it's own bathroom with bath and rain shower. It's a modern room so a very blank canvas to make it how you want it.

There is a large open plan kitchen and lounge which leads to a spacious balcony where there is plenty of space to relax and for plants. There is also an extra storage cupboard in the hallway. We have a washing machine and dishwasher which is convenient and both work well.

If you are working from home there is the possibility of you working in the living room if you'd prefer; my flatmate currently does most of the time and this works fine.

Currently I'm still working from home full time but I work in my room so would not get in your way. The flat is really spacious for two people so it feels like having your own space/a studio whilst having a separate kitchen/living area.

About me:

I'm clean, tidy and considerate and ideally looking for a flatmate who is similar, who sees the flat as a home. I'm friendly so up for having a chat or hanging out from time to time but equally I'm okay with doing our own thing as I do have my own friends in London - just a friendly atmosphere in the flat would be great. Outside of work I mostly like to relax, watch Netflix, cook or explore London. The flat is quite chilled and I'm looking for someone who wants a similar vibe - not a party flat.
