Double bedroom for one person, available to rent at £465 pcm, plus bills and taxes, which are approximately £110 to £130 pcm/person. That includes wifi, energy (electricity and gas), council tax and water. The bedroom is on the ground floor with direct access to the backyard. It comes with a small wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small shelf. The new tenant will have to get their own bed and there is room for a desk or more storage. The photos show the room with the current occupants bed, TV, etc, which are not part of the room.

We’re extremely accessible by public transport, can get into central London in under 20 minutes. Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line and Overground) is approx. 10 min walk away, Tottenham Hale train station is approx. 15 min walk away, and there's a selection of bus routes from the end of the road (2 min walk).

The room is in a terraced house on a quiet residential street. You'll share (with the 3 current housemates) a large living room with TV, dining room with lots of storage, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer space, bathroom (with bath and overhead shower), a utility room with a washing machine. We have a paved backyard with plant beds to grow some veg and a chiminea and bbq. We also have access to a pear tree and a rosemary bush!

The house is within walking distance of a variety of amenities and shops, i. e. Tottenham Green Leisure centre and library, park/recreation ground, a large Tesco, Tottenham High Road (for Asda, Aldi, Superdrug, takeaways, cafes, restaurants, pubs etc.) and Tottenham Hale retail park.

The current housemates are a lovely bunch of progressive young professionals, all very chilled and easy going. We each have busy schedules and all work at different times, but also like to hang out for dinner sometimes or drinks in the backyard in the summer!
