I am moving to a different country next month so I am looking to fill in my remaining contract that finishes in October with a new tenant, preferably starting on the 15th May.

The room is on the ground floor with the kitchen and bathroom and the other two girls are on the first floor so it feels like you are living by yourself most of the time. The room is medium sized with lots of storage space and a huge closet.

The area is very quiet and green and you are only minutes away from lordship recreation ground which is a lovely park. You would be situated away from the busy main street but there are lovely corner shops and a sainsburys and a gp nearby. The house is situated right in between tottenham and wood green and both are easily accessible by bus and wood green and turnpike lane tube stations are closeby.

All bills are included and a cleaner cleans the flat once a week.

Documents required are the following:

• Photocopy of passport and residence permit;
• Proof of address (any letter in your name showing your current/last address);
• Proof of employment (last 3 months payslips and employment contract showing annual income);
• Proof of Funds (Bank statements for the last 3 months);
• Proof of enrolment in higher education — if you’re studying.
