we are currently looking to replace one house mates in a 4 bed house located a short distance from Seven Sisters station.

We are looking for a new house mate to join us hard working professionals in our late twenties/early thirties. It was refurbished when we moved in around 6 years ago.

rent is £480 per month plus bills which work out approx £52 for council tax, £12.25 for internet, £21.90 for a cleaner twice a month and £80.25 for gas/electric each (likely to come down in the future but has been high because of the current rates). Water is paid twice a year. Looking for a sociable house mate who is able to help out with keeping the flat tidy and clean.

total for moving is £480+£52.08 council tax+ £12.25 internet + £21.90 cleaner +£80.25 gas/electric+ £534 deposit = £1180.48

thereafter rent will be approx £646.48 (above minus deposit)
