I'm moving back to my home country so I need someone to take over my remaining contract. Available from the 19th but I'm flexible.
It's a lovely, big sized room with a lot of storage and a quiet, safe neighbourhood with amazing flat mates that are both girls in their early 20s so I'm looking for a girl/woman under 30 or early 30s to join them.
The nearest tube stations are turnpike lane, bruce grove and wood green.
Mays rent has already been paid so you just pay deposit plus however much it is from your move in date to the 3rd June.
All bills are included and a cleaner cleans the shared spaces once a week.
