Rent a room & use the whole flat alone

I rarely use the flat (2-8 weeks per year) so most of the time you get to use the whole flat. There are two separate rooms, I am renting out the smaller one with double bed (!) and when I am rarely in I will use the larger one that can otherwise be used as a living room. The flat is in good condition and has everything you could need but also space for your cooking, etc. stuff. It is in a quiet gated development (built in 2008). 15 Mins walk from Tottenham Hale or from Seven Sisters (5 Mins with bus). I have lived here continously for the last 16 years (rarely been in the flat the last two years) and never had problems in the neighbourhood. Please reach out if you are interested! Thanks!
