Hello! My partner and I and have a spare double room available for rent, currently unoccupied. We are a quiet, friendly household who are happy to have a chat but are mostly away at work/out and about in London. Please find details here and feel free to reach out with any questions!

There is also a bus stop at the end of the road which will get you to Wood Green shopping area. The area also benefits from two local parks: Lordship Recreation Ground and Downhills Park.

🛏️ Room: This room is on the ground floor of the property and comes fully furnished with a large desk, rug, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

🚿 Amenities: Shared kitchen space with table, chairs and couch. Shared groundfloor bathroom with one other person. Garden space to relax in and store bikes.

👥 Preferences: Ideal for professionals or students who either work from home or need an easy commute into central London.
