Double room in Seven Sisters

Hello!

Our lovely housemate is sadly moving out after four years, so we're looking for someone to take over her room starting 2 June. The beautiful, two-storey house is located in Seven Sisters, a short walk northwest of the station (Victoria line, Overground). The room is cosy and comfortable, with enough space for a double bed, bedside tables, and a built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom will be shared with one other person, and the common spaces include a beautiful, fully-stocked kitchen as well as a living room. We also have a garden and a small study that's perfect if you WFH some days.

Ideally, we're looking for a working professional 30+, to join us. We're respectful of each other's space but also enjoy the occasional shared meal or pint at our local, The Palm. If that sounds like you, drop me a message and we'd love to have you over for a viewing!

The rent for the room is £783.33 without bills, which are an additional £150 depending on the season. There's a deposit of £846.15 and the agency will complete a standard credit check before you move in.
