Small Double Room near Turnpike Lane

This room is a sublet. Current housemate moving out late March but there is the option to move in sooner! 10 Minute walk from Turnpike Lane Station, short bus journey to Seven Sisters.

The room comes with a decent sized built in wardrobe and large window so plenty of natural sunlight. Room is unfurnished but can leave the double bed frame if desired.

The House is a 3 bed terrace house down a cul de sac, quiet neighbours and surrounding area. 1 full bathroom with another toilet downstairs. Large living room/ Dining area / Work Space. Kitchen with extension leading to a small grass garden.

We also have a super friendly cat Mika that doesn’t like other pets, so sadly we can’t take a housemate that has any pets themselves.

Really chilled house, happy for friends and partners to come around but no late nights during a work week as we all work 9-5! We love hanging out together in the shared spaces as there is plenty of room and heading down to the pub / our breweries.

The area:
Turnpike Lane has some great restaurants and coffee spots nearby and we are only a 20-30 minute walk up to Alexandra Palace which is lovely to visit in the summer and for gigs.
