2 Double Rooms to let

Front door (of course)

Hi. I am letting two double rooms on 1st floor of my house. The first room is larger at the front of the house with 3 large wardrobes, a king size bed, and dressing table. (£850 Inc of bills)
The second room is smaller. With a small wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a small double bed. (£750 Inc of bills)
There is a shared living space at the back of the house.
Shared bathroom
Kitchen on the ground floor.
There is a small courtyard garden off the kitchen.
I live in my room on the ground floor.

Though I am a live in landlord I want the house to feel homely safe and welcoming. Somewhere you'll look forward to coming home to at the end of the day. So looking for friendly clean, social people who want to make it a home
The area is very friendly with two large parks nearby. Lots of places to eat and drink and Turnpike Lane tube is about 7 minutes walk away.
Neighbours are lovely and peaceful. If you want somewhere relaxing this is the place.
I will be going away most weekends so the home will not be too busy.

Ps: if a couple or single person wants to rent all 3 upstairs rooms for themselves they can for £1500pm
