Double room - Loft

Hello, we are Juliana, Paul and our baby girl who will be 6 months old by the time you move in. If you are looking for a clean, spacious room/house, with chill housemates, to move in July - this might be for you.

Soundproofing and insulation throughout the house is excellent as it was recently renovated to modern building standards. The house is a victorian terrace with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining and a living room currently being decorated.

Your room is a very large loft room with all-day sunlight, Juliet balcony, let furnished (double bed with storage underneath, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, TV and we added a small sofa to the room after the pictures were taken). It's next to a brand new large bathroom, which isn't en-suite, but of which you'll be the main user.

The kitchen is newly renovated and includes dishwasher, washer-dryer and all basic appliances. It has a massive west-facing door that leads to the garden, which we are still working on, but it's ok to enjoy meals outside and BBQ as it gets a lovely afternoon sun.

We're on a quiet family street only 30 seconds from 2 local shops, and the 230 bus stops near the end of the street which takes you to Tottenham Hale in one direction and Turnpike lane in the other. You can walk to Seven Sisters station in 12 mins. Downhills Park/Lordship Rec in 10 mins.

Quite flexible for viewings as there's usually someone home.

No pets, no couples or children, no smoking indoors. Bills included.

About us: we are both in Marketing, working from home most days. We like the outdoors, tennis, snowsports, watching series in the evenings and cooking. I’m Brazilian living in London for the past 10 years, and Paul is born and raised in the UK.
