I am looking to rent my spare bedroom to a likeminded individual Monday - Friday.

The room is large with a double bed, wardrobe and two bedside cabinets.

The room is in a new build two bedroom top floor flat (second floor which makes it very warm) in Bruce Grove N17. You would be sharing with myself, a 31 year old who works full time in the city in the charity sector. I am looking for someonel to come and share my home with me. I enjoy going out on weekends, getting out and exploring London and relaxing days in front of the telly to recuperate.

I am a very clean and tidy person and would hope that you would be too to maintain the high standard the home currently is in. I like to socialise but also enjoy quiet nights, am easy to get along with, good humoured and laid back.

The flat has fantastic transport links, with the Train from Bruce Grove every ten minutes and it takes less then twenty minutes to Liverpool Street. There are many 24 hour bus routes to north London and the city with the 149 running 24 hours from London Bridge to right outside the flat. You can also get to Seven Sisters Tube station and tottenham hale stations in less then ten minutes either walking or by bus which is on the Victoria Tube line and can get you into central London including Oxford Street in less then 20 minutes.

The flat is beautifully furnished with brand new, modern technology and includes washing machine, fridge freezer and cooker in the kitchen, 42inch 3D HD TVin the living room and a power shower in the bathroom.

The flat also has a bike store for your use and is in its own enclosure with security gates and camera access.

There is also all the amenities you could need near by including Asda, Aldi, gym, Iceland, Superdrug, Off-licences, fast food restaurants, pharmacies as well as a fantastic Turkish restaurant which is open almost all of the time just along the road and a few decent pubs.
