On offer is a Double Room in a charming 2 Bedroom Flat 3 minutes walk from Crouch Hill Station or an 18 minute walk to Finsbury Park Station.

Our tenancy ends on the 6th of March 2021 therefore if you wish to stay, we will renew the tenancy with you on it rolling month to month therefore the room must be taken until the end of the tenancy.

It is a South East facing property with a North West facing rear generously sized decked balcony. Therefore there is lots of light in the day time and the space to relax with fresh air.

It is set on a very quiet, charming residential street.

A bit of background..

Before these very unprecedented times, we signed on the flat right just before the Covid-19 lockdown and therefore I haven't actually moved into my room or used it. Since then I have found other living arrangements therefore it makes no financial sense to keep paying rent for this room therefore the reason for advertising. The rental tenancy is a 12 month fixed term ending on the 5th of March 2021 therefore we need a renter to take it right up until then and beyond should you with to extend/ renew the contract. After lockdown, Ollie, moved into his [loft] room in late June and currently lives here.

The current flatmate Ollie is a professional Storyboard artist who often works from home. He is extremely kind, easy going and very easy to get on with. Very considerate and gentle. Enjoys good roast coffee, an appreciator of graphic design, fashion and East Asian culture.

The Flat.

Set on the 3rd floor and loft conversion this is a very charming space to live in. A generously sized kitchen which flows out to the balcony.

As you come up the stairs, there is a spacious lounge.

The flat has one toilet with shower over bathtub.

The Room

The room you will be renting is just off the hallway facing the building's garden.(The flat does not have a garden, only the balcony as seen in the pictures)

The room only has a kingsize mattress, a cupboard and a chest of drawers therefore is part furnished. The mattress is brand new and has never been used therefore you are more than welcome to use it.

If you do not want to use the kingsize mattress, you will need to provide your own bedframe and mattress as well as any other furniture you require.
