Large Clean Double Room

Hi,

I have a really nice large room ( Photo doesn’t do the size of the room justice).

There can also be an option to have an additional small room to be used as work space, personal living room etc after a few months.
This room will be for sole use only and will come with the bedroom.
This option will also mean that there will be a maximum of 3 people residing in the flat.
Additional cost of £150.

NB All bills included.

Its in a very clean 4 bed flat in zone 2, N19 location of Stroud Green road part of Finsbury Park area, known as crouch hill, 10 mins slow walk to Finsbury Park station.
The flat will be shared with 3
other female professionals.

2 of the girls their 30s, very friendly and polite.
The other girl is early 20s and a masters student.

Please note that the girls living there prefer to have a quiet and clean person as their next flatmate. Please note emphasis on clean.

Room available from the 27th march 2024.

The flat has a living room and a balcony.

It’s on the third floor of a 3 storey building, with no lift available.

Washing machine and dishwasher available.
Cozy nice clean living room. Large storage cupboards on entrance for all your shoes, 4 Individual Pigeon holes for mail, with coat/jacket pegs
Nice clean balcony where you can have a cigarette if you are a smoker. Current flat mates are all non smokers.

What I want from yourself is that are you are clean and take part in cleaning rota that the other flatmates have in place.

The girls take pride in where they live, and they expect you to share cleaning duties. The flat is very very well maintained, and it shows as the flat is alway spotless.

The flat is seconds away from the famous old dairy pub, and the other pubs, bars, fantastic restaurants and the quirky shops of Stroud green road.
Finsbury Park with all its shows, festivals, running clubs, open gym, and an all round beautiful park is only 5-7 minutes walk away.
Gp surgery a minute away.
Lots of gyms, all within a 10 minutes walk.
Supermarkets and organic shops all within a stones throw.

10 minutes walk to Finsbury Park Station that takes you to to Oxford Circus in 15 mins.
15 minutes walk to archway tube station, or 4 stops on the bus.
1 minute walk to Crouch Hill overground Station.
Close to buses and night buses that go direct to central London.

The current flatmates strongly prefer Female but exceptions can only be made if the current flat mates are happy to make that exception.
Please note they will make decision on who they want to live with them.
