I'm a 29 year old musician, currently looking for a tenant for my flat in Holloway (with a garden - and a piano, in case that's a selling point!).

NB - £800 is for *two* rooms (my current flatmate uses one as a bedroom and one as a study). The bedroom opens out onto a decent sized garden - it's a bit overgrown at the moment, but still a lovely place to eat or drink in while the weather's good! You'd also have your own bathroom with a bath and shower - not en suite I'm afraid, but adjacent to the shared kitchen/sitting room. My boyfriend is here roughly a couple of times a week, so we're often in the shared space in the evenings (he's really lovely and very easy to get on with :) ) I'm into keeping this pretty tidy, but not obsessively so.

There's also a garden studio which is basically my study and practice room (there's a Yamaha upright) - you'd be free to use it though, especially if you're a musician and need to practise!

The rent is £800pm plus about £140 in bills. I may consider renting just the bedroom without the study thrown in for £600 - but would prefer to find someone to take both.

You'd be renting directly from me, so no need to deal with the faff of agents etc. Location is between Archway station (a 10 minute walk) and Holloway Road tube (a short bus ride). Finsbury Park is also in walking distance (about 20 mins).

That said, I do also need quite a bit of time to myself, and have fairly regular introverted phases. So, a healthy mix of private and social time is ideal.

NB - some of the decor in the bedroom and study belongs to my current flatmate, and will go with her in a couple of days. The furniture will be the same, apart from the desk which I'll replace with something similar! :)
