I am offering a room in Islington (lease transfer) from April 2024 to July 2024.
I am leaving due to exceptional circumstances - however I wish I could stay! The house is incredibly well connected to transport and shops, and is quiet.

The details:
• The house is shared with two of my friends (girls from Chile). They will make you feel welcome.
• We share the kitchen, living room, four bathrooms, and terrace.
• All bills and shared things (eg toilet paper) are split and used equally by all tenants.

Your room:
• Room is big, well-illuminated, and comfortable. It is located in a house with neighbouring amenities which make life easy, fun, and convenient.
• Never noise from the street - you can rest anytime!
• Fully furnished
• Has windows (natural light!)

The house:
• The house is a couple of minutes away from grocery stores (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S) and stations (1min to bus stop, 1min to Upper Holloway Overground, 4min to Archway Underground).
• Two-story house
• Four bathrooms
• Three bedrooms
• Kitchen, living room, terrace
• Fully furnished
• All white goods (e. g., fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, boiler).

The flatmates:
• Current housemates are fun and keep to themselves, however are also keen to talk and watch movies together.
• Both professionals
• Respectful, kind, and like baking / eating pizza

The money:
• Rent is £2800 between three people (your share is approximately £933.34).
• Rent is paid at the end of the month
• Wifi is very affordable
• You need to pay a deposit when signing the lease (£1100)
• You must pass all credit checks with Foxtons

What we are looking for:
• Someone kind, considerate, respectful.
• The house does not allow parties nor long-term stays from visitors (e. g., boyfriends) but does allow short-term stays from your friends
• You need to visit the property and talk to the other tenants, as we will all decide on the final tenant
• Ideally and for safety reasons, we would have a videocall before scheduling a viewing
