Hello, I have a well appointed beautiful double room with en-suite wet room to let Monday to Fridays (3 nights minimum). The house is local to bus routes, and a short bus ride or walk to Arnos Grove Tube (Piccadilly line) Station or Totteridge and Whetstone Tube (Northern Line) and Oakleigh Park )overground) Local hospitals are Barnet Hospital or Chase Farm, Enfield.

I live here with my 3 daughters who are over aged 10.

All fixtures and fittings are new. The new bed has a new orthopaedic mattress and all new bedding, including pillows and duvet. The room has a bespoke built in wardrobe and tv point. WiFi is included, no extra money to be paid on top of weekly rent.

Available to a female, who likes having a good surrounding and is respectful and responsible.

References and deposit £500 will be required. £130 per week for 5 nights
