I have a nice large room that now has a single bed, wardrobe and drawers and bedside table.

The kitchen is large and has new appliances with washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom is large with bath and shower. The bedroom is far away from the bathroom and kitchen so not a noisy space. Very large living room.

I do have a very friendly and affectionate cat so you must like cats. I work from home sometimes and at my business most of time so I am quite busy but do like to cook and am social so I like hanging out and chilling with my flatmates, but I don't party till all hours so no party animals please.

The house is fully furnished so you won't need to bring anything.

The area is very chill with nice stores and nice restaurants and pubs and close to transport. Very safe. The train gets you to central London in 20 minutes (stopping at links from Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington, Old Street, Moorgate). And there are night buses in the area as well. Minutes walk to Sainsburys and Waitrose. And 5 minute walk to a large park.

No couples please.

Great if you need a stop before you find a forever home. And cheaper than hotels !

The apartment has lots of light throughout the entire day, has very high ceilings and carpeting in bedrooms.
