Downstairs is a large, well laid out kitchen with two of everything (except washing machine).
To the rear of the kitchen is a shower room and separate WC.
There is also a dining room with table and chairs which is regularly used by the current sharers.

The garden is hard paved and can be accessed by the kitchen and hallway.

There are two bedrooms downstairs, the available room is a good size double with laminate flooring, fully furnished and overlooking the back garden.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms.
The house is within 5 minutes walk of Bowes Park Train Station and Bounds Green Tube Station providing easy access to the City and the West End.

There are also numerous independent shops and cafe's within 5 minutes walk.

All bills included (Council Tax, gas, water, electric, broadband and TV License).

Parking is on a permit basis (not included)

Full referencing will be carried out and a holding deposit equal to one weeks rent will be charged. This will then go towards the overall deposit.
