We are looking for someone to move in to our comfortable and friendly house share with garden near Turnpike Lane tube station. The price reflected is inclusive of all bills and council tax!

This room is a furnished large double with big bay windows at the front of the house. The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen and living space and good size garden.

We are a group of young creatives working in the fashion, design and photography industries who have lived in this great house for the past 3 years.

We keep the house clean and tidy and enjoy socialising in the open plan living and kitchen space in the evenings in front of the TV. There is also a great pub 2 minutes walk from the house as well as large parks and fast convenient access into the city centre. From the house it takes approx 20 mins to Kings Cross and 25 mins to Oxford Circus.
The room is available for rent from 16th December- 28th January 2020, 1.5 months total.
