There is access to a garden, we might put some work into it so its nice to sit out when its hotter! There is alos just a short walk to some nice parks, Alexandra Palace, Finsbury Park, Muswell Hill etc are just down the road.
The usual, kitchen, microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer. Bathroom has a bath/shower, and there is a smaller 2nd toilet.
