Double room in 4-bedroom house in Harringay

Hi girls!

I’m looking for a replacement for my double room from the 17th of June in a 4-bedroom house in Harringay, just a 5-minute walk from the Piccadilly Line (Turnpike Lane Station, 2 stops from Finsbury Park). Within 15/20 minutes on the tube, you can be in central London (Oxford Circus, King's Cross). It's also a 15-minute walk to the beautiful Alexandra Palace ✨️

🏠 The Room:

Double bedroom with a beautiful park view from the bay window
Built-in closet space and carpeted floor
Option to buy my furniture or start fresh

Rent and Bills:

Rent: £750 per month
Bills incl counciltax: Roughly £100 each (electricity will be lower in the summer)

House Details:

Contract ends on 6th April 2025, with the possibility of renewal
Shared garden, bathroom, living room, and kitchen (includes washing machine and dishwasher)
You'll be sharing with 3 other girls

Requirements:

You must pass a reference check required by the landlord
We need applicants who can return all necessary forms quickly, as this needs to be sorted by the 6th of June

Viewing Availability:

Sunday and Monday/Tuesday evenings after 6pm
