Location: N22 area. Quiet road, just a 3-minute walk from Turnpike Lane underground station and 24-hour bus services.

Rent: £1080 per month, all bills included.
Deposit: 1 month's rent. (£1080)

Availability: Both short-term and long-term stays welcome. Moving in date flexible.

Room: Your personal room opens directly onto a conservatory, which leads to our private garden—perfect for relaxation and a breath of fresh air. The room comes part-furnished.
Peaceful Atmosphere: The home is a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. We are all about creating a peaceful and safe space to unwind after a long day.

ABOUT US:
Current Housemate: I have lived here mostly on my own and am now looking to buddy up. When I'm away, I usually have family or friends stay to look after Imani and water the plants. However, I understand this arrangement might not be ideal for a new housemate, so I’m happy to find a way that works best for both of us.

Cat Lover Essential: Our home includes an adorable rescue cat named Imani Maha.
Plants: We have some lovely plants around the home. If you have any of your own, they are welcome to join the family 🙂

ACCESSIBILITY:
It is a ground-floor garden flat with the following access details:
Front Door: One shallow step at the front door entry. However, please note that the main doorway is too narrow for wheelchair users, making it inaccessible for those who use a wheelchair.
Garden Access: There are three steps down from the kitchen door into the garden and one small step from the conservatory into the garden.
