Hi! I’m one of the current housemates and we’re looking for a female professional to join our home in Wood Green.

The room is a furnished double in a spacious house just 3 minutes from the station (Piccadilly line), with shops, gyms and everything nearby.

The house:
Shared lounge
Garden
2 bathrooms
Fully equipped kitchen
£840 per month (bills included)
6 month minimum

Who you’d be living with:
Currently 2 women (including me) and 3 guys, all mid-20s to early-30s. The guys are busy professionals, so interactions are friendly but brief — definitely not a party or “lad” house. It’s a calm, respectful and tidy environment.

We’d really love another woman to balance the dynamic and keep the home feeling comfortable and easygoing.

It’s a good mix of social and independent — we’re happy to chat or occasionally share a glass of wine, but everyone has their own routines and space.
