I am looking for a FEMALE lodger to take the second bedroom in my newly furnished and refurbished, spacious and comfortable flat. I am quiet, respectful and clean professional, and looking for someone similar to share my lovely home with.

The room available is a double bedroom with a large mirrored wardrobe, a new double bed, a bedside cabinet, desk and a chest of drawers. The bay window overlooks the back garden. We are on the first floor (not ground floor).

There is white wooden flooring throughout the flat. Gas central heating and double glazed windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and there is a large fridge and freezer. Washing machine and tumble dryer also available.

The bathroom includes a large bath and separate walk in shower cubicle.

The flat itself is spacious, clean and bright on the first floor of a charming block of apartments with a communal garden. There is plenty of free residential parking available on nearby roads.

The block of flats is situated next to the lovely Stephens House & Gardens which has a cafe. It is only a few minutes walk to local amenities, including Sainsburys and Waitrose, and a 5 min walk to Pure Gym.

It is a 7-9 min walk to Finchley Central tube (Northern Line), from where it takes only 20-25 min to Camden, Euston and Kings Cross. The nearby buses takes you to Golders Green in 10 min, to Finchley Road tube / the 02 Centre in 30 min, and Brent Cross Shopping Centre in 30 min.

Rent is £600. The bills (including gas, electricity, council tax, broadband, water and TV licence) are split evenly.

I am looking for a mature student or professional for a minimum 6 to 12 month term. Professionals or mature students only please. No couples. No guests during day or overnight.
