Modern double room with beautiful lake views

Hey there, our roommate is moving in with her boyfriend and we’re looking for a nice flatmate. Moving dates are flexible, ideally before the beginning of August.

You would be living with Ezgi (Turkey) who is doing her PhD and Marta (Spain) who works in a digital agency. We're friendly and sociable, we have been living together for two years and we like doing fun things together but also appreciate our own space.

The flat is in one of the new builds in the Woodberry Down development, with modern furnishings and lots of great details which make it special. Some of these are having two full bathrooms (incl shower), a double oven, a terrace with great views, a dishwasher, a dryer and a smart tv. We also have a cleaner coming biweekly which is included in the rent. The room is a large bright double room with views of the reservoir. It comes fully furnished with a new bed (1 year) and ample storage space (large wardrobe, shelves, nightstand). We also have access to a private bike storage room.
The area is well connected and full of amenities at the doorstep. It is very close to a Cycle Super Highway, which goes direct to central London (you could be in Old Street in 18 min and bank in 23 min). 5 min walk to Manor House station, 3 min walk to buses, and 2 min to a gym (good for motivation!). Just downstairs is the West Reservoir which offers lake views (and even kayaking and sailing if you like) and adjacent is the Woodberry Wetlands nature reserve which is a nice place to walk and run. Just around the reservoirs is also the beautiful Clissold Park, the Castle climbing center, and the shops and brunches of Stoke Newington are a short walk away. There are also two supermarkets (Sainsbury’s and a lovely Turkish one) just downstairs, and a few restaurants and pubs around.

The bills, the contract etc:

- The bills are approximately 75£ per person/room (a bit more in winter months due to heating), including council tax & cleaner twice a month.
- We have the current lease until July 2021 and the deposit is 6 weeks' rent.
