I'm moving away from England and unfortunately leaving behind my great flat with 2 great guys. The flat is spacious containing 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big lounge, modern kitchen and stunning balcony overlooking a garden area.

The place itself is less than 5 years old and comes with great amenities including a pool, gym and spa. There is a local Sainsbury's right outside and the flat is located on the 1st floor of the building which contains a concierge.

Manor house station is the closest station which is a 5 minute walk away and Finsbury park station is only a 12 minute walk away.

The current house hold are 2 males (1 Australian and 1 English) who are both very active, love sport and both enjoy being social.

We are currently looking for a someone between 25-35 who enjoys sport to move in at the start of September to take over my room.

The room is furnished and £842 per month plus around £100 for bills. This rent includes access to all of the great amenities. You will share a big spacious bathroom with 1 other person.
