Spacious 2 bed flat nr. Manor House tube + parking

Ad ref# 15959502

I’m on the hunt for a new flatmate! I’m a professional DJ / music producer (but far from a noisy party animal!) - I'm considerate, positive , laid-back &, friendly non-smoker. I'm vegan but you don't have to be. I usually get on best with creative types or anyone working hard to achieve / elevate their goals. I love many styles of music (hip hop/rnb/disco/funk/house/reggae/soul etc.) and also have a big appreciation for art, graphic design, film, literature and comedy.

There are 2 bathrooms in the flat so you get one all to yourself (the spare is not actually en suite but I ticked that box as it's near enough! It's actually just opposite the room going), there is also a parking space which I don’t use! The flat is rented from a very friendly & helpful private landlord. Electricity, council tax, wifi & gas bills are additional to the rent, water is free.

The room available is big enough to squeeze in a double bed, desk, wardrobe & chest of drawers, however there is also plenty of space in the front room which I am happy for you to make use of. (Eg. a previous tenant had an office setup in the corner, and various storage solutions). The bedroom is currently furnished with a bed and chest of drawers.

The location is excellent! Very close to Manor House tube & multiple bus routes, a very short walk from local shops, a gym, a gp surgery, Finsbury & Clissold parks, + the woodberry down wetlands nature reserve. Full size Sainsburys, Aldi & Homebase supermarkets are also pretty close.

I am looking to find someone clean and respectful who I can get along with. I'm a sociable guy but I do spend the majority of the time I’m at home in my room working, I'm self employed and usually pretty busy! This may often be music related but I assure you I am very respectful of others when it comes to noise level, especially if I know others are sleeping. I am often up very late or out until the early hours due to the nature of my job, I make very little noise and use headphones if I'm home and awake at night, but if you are an extremely light sleeper this may not be the place for you! Although I've had no issues so far. Likewise, I would prefer someone who is also respectful of my hours, and isn't likely to be too noisy during early mornings, although it usually takes a lot to wake me up!

If you're easy going, tidy, friendly and respectful then we will probably get on just fine - I've been lucky to have lived in peaceful harmony with most of my previous flatmates over the years, I'm hoping to keep that up!

My current flatmate has bought a place and waiting for everything to go through, but should be out of here around the end of march. Assuming all goes well I’m looking to arrange viewings around March 24th-28th with potential move in date at the start of April

The last time I used this site I was inundated with messages, and didn’t have the time to reply to everyone - please don't be offended if you don't hear back! And bear in mind I am only considering people who I think I can get along with, so please tell me a little about yourself or have a profile!

thanks,

Matt
