Rent is £700 PCM all bills included, but want someone who can look after my plants as well without killing them so will knock it down to £650 PCM!

The room is huge, airy and very light, great for anyone who wants to work from home, and has plenty of storage space!

A little about the house it's located in Arena Design Centre a well established warehouse community, with 22 people in this particular unit.

There are a range of professions and ages (22 - 60) in the house from a media influencer, special effect artists for films to a costume designer! We are a social bunch with the occasional party here and there, and a frequent Sunday roasts and film nights.

Please be aware that the walls are thin and not ideal for someone who is impartial to background noise from the communal areas.
