Double room overlooking Clissold Park

Hello future housemate!

We're looking for someone to move into our home as one of us is moving out.

About us:
We are all professionals in our 30s one working in cosmetics, one in Hospitality and the other in the animation industry.

The flat:
The flat is one story, with a kitchen and a living room which opens onto the balcony. There's one shared bathroom with another one located in an occupied ensuite bedroom.

The room for rent is one of the three rooms with direct views of the park and plenty of light. The room is furnished including a small wardrobe area, one bedside table, a small desk and a double bed. The bedroom also opens onto the balcony. There is also storage for hanging items in the utility closet and the bed is an Ottoman so you can store items underneath.

We are located just off Green Lanes with Clissold Park across the road.

Manor House underground station (13 mins walk)
Arsenal underground station (16 mins walk)
Finsbury Park underground station (17 mins walk)
Plenty of buses less than 5 mins away
There are cycleways off our road as well as bike-sheds built into our complex.

Lidl and M&S close to Finsbury Park underground (17 mins walk)
Whole Foods (17 mins walk)
Aldi and Sainsburys (25 min walk)

Bills come to around £100/month currently (internet, gas/energy, water and council tax).

The room is available from 3rd June.
