Hi there!

I am a fun, professional Exec. looking for 2 clean and tidy, professional room mates to rent 2 (of my 3 bedrooms) in my recently refurbished Mews House near the Arsenal Stadium.

I am based in The Cotswolds and stay at the house one night per week for work.

The house is currently on the market (for sale), so this will be an initial 3 - 6 month arrangement.

However, if the property doesn’t sell during that period, it will be removed from the market and I am happy to agree something longer-term.

The house is tucked away in a gated mews at the bottom of Blackstock Road, with easy access to all the fabulous cafes and restaurants.

The master bedroom offers a king-size double with Egyptian cotton bed linen, black-out blinds and integrated designer wardrobes. It also comes with its own en-suite that is finished in slate with Duravit sanitary-ware.

Bedroom 2 is a double, also with Egyptian cotton bed linen, black out blinds and integrated designer wardrobes. This bedroom also enjoys its own bathroom (not en-suite) also finished in slate with Duravit sanity-ware.

The whole house is kitted out from top to bottom with designer furniture, a state of the art kitchen and integrated Bang & Olufsen AV/sound system.

The whole house is flooded with natural light and enjoys Juliet balconies to the vast, open-plan living area on the first floor, with a separate cloak-room.

There is also a private roof terrace on the second floor.

The kitchen is finished with all Bosch integrated appliances: 2 ovens, microwave, coffee machine, separate fridge/ freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house will be cleaned weekly by my housekeeper and has super-fast broadband (all this is included in the price, along with bills).
