We have a room available from 14th October in a new built 3 bed on green lanes high street!

Room comes with double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. Shared bathroom and kitchen, and a huuuge terrace ☀️

Permit parking is available on a side road and is reasonably priced 😊

Rent is £1015 without bills- bills usually comes to around 150-175, less in the summer

Deposit is an estimate as rent is being increased to £1015 so not 100% on exact value right now.

Located on green lanes with so many shops, cafes, pubs and amazing restaurants all walking distance! Closest tube stations are Manor House and Turnpike Lane and there’s a buss stop right outside the front door (29, 141 & 341)

The landlords are really nice and responsive, if any issues they are willing to help (which seems to be rare nowadays 😅)

A bit about us:

Helin is 26, from Sweden and work in e-commerce for a cosmetics company (and can get you nice discounts on perfumes and skincare ;)). I like to gym, go for drinks, explore new restaurants, and cook 🕺🥂

Beth is 25 working in finance - plays golf, reads a lot (which means there are lots of books for you to borrow) and likes a cosy film night 📚🍿

We’re looking for someone with a similar vibe, mid twenties to early thirties who is mindful and respectful, cleans after themselves (we also have a cleaning rota) and generally just someone we can get along with 🤗

We want to start with viewings this week ideally so DM me and we can arrange, we’re available most weekday evenings and weekends can be arranged too 😘
