One double room is available to rent in a larger than average three double bedroom garden conversion. The property is arranged over the ground floor and basement. Kitchen, sitting room and one bedroom are on the ground floor, and the other two bedrooms, bathroom and access to the private garden are in the basement.

Available room is on the basement floor and furnished with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe.

The shared living space is very large with separate kitchen and living room, and plenty of storage. There is resident's parking in the area with good availability of spaces. There is also a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

Situated in a popular location within walking distance of the underground, overground and local shopping amenities. Finsbury Park Station is a 15 minute walk away or a 5 minute bus ride on the bus that stops outside the property. Crouch Hill overground is a 5 minute walk. There are several bus routes serving many areas of London close to the property.

You will be living with a sports marketing manager and a publishing key account manager. We are a friendly household that whilst having independent lives, we enjoy spending time together, and making the house our home. We are looking for a friendly, clean housemate who keeps fairly normal hours.
