Lovely double room with private bathroom

I have got a spare room for rent and hope to find a like minded person to share the flat with me.

The flat has 2 bathrooms so no need to wait for each other to use one. The shared living space includes a TV, and a piano. The shared kitchen has lots of appliances as well as utensils which I can share too (including food processor, blender, juicer, rice cooker, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge freezer). The flat has a washer dryer.

The bedroom for rent includes 2 bedside tables, a double bed with storage, double wardrobe. I have spare duvet & pillows if needed. I also have a spare small desk & chair if needed.

The flat is a new build, it overlooks a quiet small park and can see the reservoir from the balcony. There's 24/7 concierge. There’s a building residents only garden and secure cycle storage.

Given the quiet location close to nature and high quality & fairly new furniture & appliances and the fact all bills are included, I would say this is a fair price.

Closest tube station is Manor House (8 min walk away) from which one can reach Kings across in less than 10 min.
