Double room with own bathroom in N4

My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so I am looking for someone to fill her room in our 2 bed flat in Brownswood Park, N4.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from both Finsbury Park and Arsenal stations, close to Clissold Park. It is 2 bed, 2 bath so you will have your own double bedroom and sole use of the main bathroom.

The shared living space is fully decorated and feels really homely. The bedroom and bathroom come unfurnished so you can make them your own.

I work in football so my schedule is very busy and I’m in the office every day. When we have games, I can be working late or weekends. When I’m not working I like to keep things relaxed, dinners out, theatre trips, gym, walks and maybe watching some live sport.

I like having a tidy, calm place to come home to and am looking for someone who wants the same but would be up for a catching up whilst we cook or watch some TV in the evenings.
