Immediate move in preferred, double bed room with a gorgeous garden view. Access to private garden through a private alley next to the flat (only our flat has access!)
One cat in the flat, a small female cat who is friendly but does respect boundaries (aka will not climb on you or go into your room if you don’t bribe her to do so).
A large living room, a cosy and comfortable kitchen, a bathroom with a standing shower, and me as a flatmate! I’m Alex, a journalist & bookstore owner. I’m 24, work sometimes from home, and would like to think I’m very friendly & tidy :)
The rent is £925 a month, we’re 10 minutes away from Manor House station, around 5 minutes to Haringey Green Lanes Overground and Haringay Train Station, and then 15 minutes (depending on your walking speed!) to Finsbury Park station.
Bills are not too expensive each month either.
