En-suite Room in Highbury/Finsbury Park

My flatmate has finished up his PhD and is heading back to Denmark, so there is a bedroom going in this great flat!

About the flat:

The room is well-sized, airy and comes with sole use of the flat’s main bathroom (the other bedroom has its own en-suite).

The flat has an open-plan (fully equipped) kitchen/ living/dining room.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Clissold Park and both Finsbury Park and Highbury Fields are within walking distance. The area is filled with nice pubs, coffee shops and restaurants. Upper St, Newington Green and Stoke Newington are all within walking distance.

In terms of transport, its a 10-15 minute walk to both Arsenal (Piccadilly) or Finsbury Park (Victoria/Piccadilly/Overground) stations. Buses can also easily get you to Highbury & Islington, Upper Street, Angel and the City.

Abit about me:

I’m a gay British guy (Indian heritage). In my free time I love to catch up with friends, try out new places to eat and play tennis.

I’m currently switching careers and re-training as a lawyer- so I’m studying until September and start my new job then.

What I’m looking for:

This flat would be great for a tidy and chilled young professional or mature student. My flatmate and I have kept the flat as a peaceful space to return to each day (especially during the week) and it would be great to keep that going.

Someone LGBTQ+ friendly and who is down for a pint or an occasional meal would be ideal.

Also worth noting:
- Bills usually come to c. £100pp each month
- Open to both professionals and mature students, but the lettings agency does require financial references/ income checks
- The room is available from 29th March, but there is some flex in this if you're looking to move in slightly earlier
