Yo’d be sharing with Katherine a lighting designer in her late thirties and me ..I own the house but I’m away quite a bit . I ‘m a retired tv producer but now do some work in human rights. It’s a quiet and peaceful house - this is not a house with a tenant in every available room and there are 3 reception rooms downstairs - sitting room, dining room which has a proper comfy sofa bed for guests and a breakfast room, plus kitchen There are 2 loos one downstairs one up as well as usual bathroom . There is a mature fairly secluded garden, Fibre Broadband.. Rent includes (hefty)council tax and tv licence. House is close to shops, restaurants cafes, bakeries and there is a big late opening Sainsbury less than 5 minutes away though from the house you would not know it. Finsbury Park is at top of the road., from there the Parkland Walk to Crouch End and Highgate, Woodberry Down wetlands 20 minutes away . Very good transport links 10 mins walk to tube( zone 2 Piccadilly Line ) Buses to Trafalgar Sq , London Bridge, Waterloo .and Archway via Crouch End 5 minutes, Haringey stations to city
And Gospel Oak 5/10 minutes.
