The area has good transport links - 29 bus (3 minute walk) is a 24 hour bus. Its only 2 minutes walk to Haringey Overground and 10 minutes walk to Manor House Tube Station (Piccadilly Line). Finsbury Park is 10 minutes away. There is also a 24 hour Sainsbury within 5 minutes.

HOUSE:
You will have plenty of privacy as all the rooms in the house have their own bathrooms. There are 2 large modern fitted kitchens and 2 washing machines as well as 2 fridges, dishwasher and free standing freezer.
All bills and super fast broadband are included (perfect for working from home)

The is a large outdoor`private garden at the rear of the property which gets plenty of sunshine throughout the day.

CURRENT TENNANTS:
The house is approved for 7 occupants but only 6 people currently live together.
All are professional tenants all good manners and respectful of each other. Most have been there for more than 2 years.

I’m a live out landlady who manage the house directly myself and responds to tenants needs promptly.
