Loft room + en suite in Family Home

Lovely light loft room + ensuite bathroom in large family home which is the base for the 3 family members who are in and out. We are often not in London for weeks at a time so whoever joins us needs to be comfortable alone in the house and willing to take responsibility for cat feeding and plant watering. Available from 27.07.24. The cat is older and stays around the house so someone who actively likes cats would be ideal.

Large kitchen / Dining area, court yard garden, living room. We are a busy family, often out, house is well organised with all the usual facilities of a family home. Cleaner comes every second week. Contribution to bills £125 pcm.

Close to the buses on Green Lanes, Haringey Green Lanes and Haringey British Rail stations and 10 mins walk from Manor House Tube. Close to Finsbury Park, the West Reservoir for wild swimming and place to park a bike.

There is broadband. The preference is for someone who works outside of the house most days. Ideally would suit someone who has an active life, but who is also open to sharing the odd meal / glass of wine. The previous two house mates have stayed respectively 2 and 2.5 years giving an indication that its a nice place to live :)
