Double room by the Emirates stadium

Modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in North London.
The flat is fully furnished with a shared open plan living room and kitchen and balcony over looking the Emirates Stadium.
Mine is the en-suite room but yours would be right next to the main bathroom which I don't use so it's as good as en-suite.

Less than 5 mins walk to Arsenal station and Drayton Park overground which gets into the City as well as 15 mins walk to Highbury and Islington and Finsbury Park stations.

I can be very flexible on the move in date and rent is £970 with all bills, wifi and council tax etc included (and Sky Sports!).

My flatmate (from SpareRoom) and I lived together for 5 years but she's finally returned to France.
I am 32, work in media and like all the usual things like going out with my friends, trying new restaurants, travelling, staying in to watch rubbish TV etc as well as keeping fit by going to the gym regularly. I'm also a huge football fan and can often be heard screaming at the TV on weekends. (Not an Arsenal fan though despite the location!)

I'm currently working from home but my old flatmate and I did so together so shouldn't be a problem sharing the 'office' with someone else as there is a spare desk.
