Believe it or not, these are two large rooms that you’d be renting all to yourself for £730 per month. There’s no catch, we simply divide the house rent per room size and Mara, our former flatmate who lived here for nearly 6 years decided to pay a little extra and use the two rooms on the first floor together: one as a bedroom and the other as her own living room/office.

The living room is south facing, so you will have lots of natural light, whilst the bedroom is north facing and it is super quiet, faces the back gardens of our neighbours.

The house is unfurnished, apart from the built in wardrobe in the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, but Mara is selling some of her furniture if you are interested. The house is located in the heart of Highbury, with great public transport connections and all amenities you can think of: shops and restaurants, cycle shop, gym/yoga studios, dry cleaner, organic grocery stores, parks etc.

About the housemates:
Beth, 26, is a Graphic Designer. Who loves music, film, psychology and finding anywhere with trees/water.

Esti, 28, is an Architect and sweet potato-obsessed foodie. I enjoy going to lectures, galleries and have a penchant for classic movies.

About you:
-You are in full-time employment and can commit to the monthly expenses without delay
-Preferably plant-based diet, but as long as you are happy to seal meat and fish products to avoid smells then a different diet is all good
-Personality will ultimately win! We hope for a lovely flatmate, with a sense of humour, interesting things to share, someone who is easy to talk to and respectful.

Financial details:
Rent per month: £730
Deposit: £738.50 (this goes into a deposit scheme)
Monthly bills: as low as £60.00 in the summer months and a max of £120.00 during winter (broadband, water, council tax, TV Licence, Electricity and Gas).
The property is looked after a lettings agency, so there will be a credit check and references are needed.
